  1. Discovery call (15 min) | If you are unsure if Naturopathic Medicine is right for you take advantage of this free 15 minute call to meet me and discuss what I can offer to your health. 

  2. Initial Appointment (60 min) | This appointment is for first time bookings and involves a comprehensive intake so I can understand your health holistically. We will cover your health history, current concerns, and wellness goals. You can expect to leave this appointment with an initial treatment plan tailored to your goals. This may include a combination of testing, supplement recommendations, dietary recommendations, acupuncture protocols, and/or lifestyle support. 

  3. Follow up Appointments (30-45 min) | This appointment is for patients who have already had an initial consult. These appointments are not a “one size fits all” approach, so the time will be customized to your health goals and needs. It may involve reviewing lab work, acupuncture, and/or building on your current treatment plan to ensure you’re on the right track to feeling uplifted by your health.

Other Services:

  1. Cosmetic Acupuncture (60 min) | Tiny needles are inserted into specific points on your face and body to promote graceful aging and skin health. This procedure promotes collagen production, circulation, and muscle relaxation to give your skin a natural glow. It is recommended to get 4-6 treatments weekly followed by maintenance appointments for optimal results.

  2. Acupuncture (45 min) | Needles are inserted into specific points on your body to support various organ systems and stimulate the flow of Qi. Acupuncture has been studied to be effective for a multitude of health concerns and can support with menstrual health and regularity, acne, eczema, chronic stress, heartburn, sleep, and pain management.
